I highly recommend Cignot.com for your new purchase.The Joye 510 starter kits are$35.00 unboxed.I also purchased the Joye PCC-in the same order,which arrived within days(very reasonable shipping).I don't think I've had better customer service provided anywhere...Terry,(at cignot)has been amazing! It was a good deal until cignot came along. The innovapor kit is 1 batt, 1 atty, a usb charger and 3ml of ecopure, carts. Cignot offers a full kit without the box - 2batts, 2attys, wall charger, carts for $5 more with free and fast shipping. Not sure if innovapor is free shipping still, but they do have coupons that might reduce the 1/1 batt/atty kit down to $25.
But with the widow having been 'ASHed', innovapor has the best deal, I think, on the 'ultimate' type kits - full kit - 2 more attys, pcc(or pelican case), passthrough, some juice, charger, carts, etc. and a good discount with the right coupon code.

Right now unless you order no nic ecopure from innovapor, looks like everything else is shipping out well. Some reporting 2 day delivery. since a week and a half ago. Someone is still waiting for some no nic which they don't have in stock....
I rec'd mine from both RMV and Cig-Not within 2 days. I find both great to deal with.
I'd email them. It says quite clearly that: "this item qualifies for free shipping".
