Welcome! If you can get yourself up to 5 non-spammy posts you'll be able to join us in the Canada forum and we'll be able to PM you a list of Canadian vendors that carry nic-based e-liquid. I'm pretty certain there are a few that carry flavourless e-liquid, and I do know that Happy Vaper carries just about every flavour under the sun.
Meanwhile feel free to ask any questions or chat amongst us here 'til you reach those 5 posts. (Note that it takes about an hour after you reach 5 posts for hte forum to update your permissions to allow you to send and recieve PMs and post in other forums.)

I just checked out Happy Vaper. The selection is awesome and the fact that they are Canadian is great. They don't seem to offer any e-liquids with nic though.

No, he doesn't unfortunately; you can thank Health Canada for that. You're right that Jack has an awesome selection though; he's one of the very few that has a massive assortment that includes a lot of truly high quality stuff.
However, there are a bunch of Canadian vendors who do have nic liquids. Once you get your requisite 5 non-spam mosts (and an hour has passed from that point) I'll PM you with a list of Canadian vendors who sell nic liquid. (We tend to keep this list private due to the aforementioned concerns about Health Canada.)

hey all just joined, i also am in Canada, and am looking for a good setup.. i see from perusing the canada section that there is no vendors in atlantic canada, i am to be in ottawa next week and am wondering if there is any that i could visit while in the area.

The only one I know of that is kind of close by Ottawa is in Scarborough. That's still about 4 hrs away.
There are almost no vendors with a storefront in Canada. The only ones I know of are in Markdale, ON (south of Owen Sound) and some other store around Sault Ste. Marie, neither of which are anywhere near Ottawa. There is a vendor in Ottawa though (however he's very pricey). Once you get to 5 posts I can PM you with a list of Canadian vendors who carry nic juice (does not include vendors who deal with 0-nic juice or hardware only) and point out the one in Ottawa in case you want to contact him and see if it would be possible to meet up while you're there.

Yeah, it's about an hour for the board to wake up and update your permissions. After that you've access to PMs and almost all of the rest of the forums here (including our own Canadian corner.
