Looking for LCD

Looking for an LCD voltmeter that the width will fit a 14500 space for a mod i want to do.

All I've seen are the led 7 segment displays like mad vapes sells. I would like to design one for LCD but can't find a display small enough without hacking up something like those small digital thermometers
