Brace yourselves, the provari requests are coming!
Google is your best friend man there a hundreds of mods out there that don't get to see the sunlight past the Darwin provari buzzpro shadow. If vvpv's are your thing there are a few box mods on madvapes that will hold quite well. Also there is a lady on here that makes completely one of a kind box mods hopefully she see's this thread and helps out with a link lol :) . Also there are tube pv's that are various volt and etc.. so what are YOU looking to get

I 2nd genelman on the provari, I have been vaping for 3 years and its my goto device. Actually going to buy another one because I love it so much and want the V2 with blue readout. Rocking your dual coil carto tanks at a higher voltage I think you will really enjoy, totally different experience.

If the provari is out of your price range I still would go with something that is variable voltage IMHO. Keep in mind you get what you pay for, I abuse the crap out of my provari and still looks and works like brand new so its worth the money.

Now about that nice lady, you gotta remember that Manu is only one person with a following of people wanting her mods a mile long.
Since you find yourself in that bored to death stage you might consider making your own mod. Start out with a simple Madvapes kit, and when you get your skills up to snuff build your own Mamu designed mod. She has been very happy to share her designs with the community.
Here is an example: This was a one off that she built for her brother, I also have the wiring diagram for both this and the Danali and I have built both.

Oh and, this mod will vape circles around both the Provari and the Darwin.

The only thing you've said you'd like to improve is that you prefer dripping. That sounds like you're in the market for a bottom feeder to me. Reos show up in the classifieds pretty often but, I think there's something available on the Reo site as well. One of those will last forever. If that's a little rich for you, look in the supplier forum for Old Goat's mods. They aren't going to last forever but, the price is reasonable. For other options check out the Liquid Feed Mods Discussion on this site.

This board is weird sometimes. A few months ago someone would post they wanted a hotter vape and 10 people would chime in saying Reo when they do nothing for heat yet (Reo is coming out with a VV soon). Now you post you like dripping and 10 people chime in saying Provari when it does nothing to help you drip.

    I agree and disagree.

Granted he said he wanted something new and, your right, a feeder mod would be something new. However, he would still get the same experience on a feeder mod as he does now dripping on his 3.7v batteries. Now he doesn't drip exclusively, he clearly stated he also uses dual coil tanks and mega cartos.

Now I interpreted something new as "Hey, I want to take my vape to the next level" and if thats what your looking to do then variable voltage is the way to go. Dual coil cartos at a higher voltage is in my opinion awesome, as well as dripping at a higher voltage. You stated that "10 people chime in saying Provari when it does nothing to help you drip", umm you can drip on a Provari. And yes, I am going to recommend the Provari for the simple reason that he can do everything he currently does but on a device that is built like a tank. I own a Provari and beat the living hell out of it, have dropped it a dozen times on concrete and the thing still looks brand new and works like the first day I got it. I am the type of person who will spend the extra money if I feel like I am getting my moneys worth and with that device you do, he might be the same way as me.

I was looking at the whole picture where you decided just to focus on the dripping. Next time dont be so quick to throw others under the bus as though we have no clue what we are talking about or didnt actually read their post.

if you happen to be thinking about VV, but want to step in and test the waters without breaking the bank, I recently picked this up from Smoketek:

    https://smoktek.3dcartstores.com/SmokTek-SmokBox-VariCool--Custom-White-Box-Mod-_p_222.html

very well built, very compact (2.75"h x 2"w x 3/4"d) and vreally easy and intuitive to use...plus the price is right and the service too. I am loving it so far. It has a little wheel inside the battery cover that you use to adjust voltage which is no big deal really. I just leave the cover off when I change cartos and/or flavors until I sense the adjustment is just right, then pop the cover back on. For 50 bucks (ish), it's a great way to try out VV vaping.

Hi I have been vaping for two years and I have 510, ego 1100, and I use dual coil tanks and mega cartos. I still prefer dripping. I am bored with this and was wanting some ideas on something new. What would you guys suggest?

I haven't been vaping nearly as long as you but I also prefer dripping, and also looking to try some new (to me) stuff. Been seeing some good things on here about the CE2s, and also about some sort of gizmo that appears to "semi-automate" the dripping process a bit. I can't remember the name of the device or who has it (not much help, sorry) but I believe it will fit on just about any PV to simplify the dripping process. Maybe somebody will see this & know what I'm talking about.

I presume you've experimented about as much as possible with various juice flavors/vendors & different resistance attys, etc. The other replies I've seen here offer good suggestions, each depending upon variables only you would know. For me, beating the boredom is really important (not just in vaping but in all aspects of life) so if you're like that too I hope you find your solution soon.

Best of luck, & Happy Vaping! :vapor:

I've seen some posts about those smoketecs. I wondered about them but, never tried to dig up the info. Thanks for posting the liink. I actually dipped my toe in the VV pool with a Madvapes VV here. It's a little cheaper but, it looks like the Smoketec uses a switching regulator. That'll mean significantly better battery life. So, the price difference is probably worth it.

There are a couple devices for dripping with a standard PV but, the only one I know of that is supposed to semi-automate it is the DOD. I use one on my Buzz Pro. I use 901s which is a pretty airy vape. It's not automatic for me. It does provide a convenient way to drip without looking though. I use it at home and driving on long trips. I have seen posts that say it works for other people. You won't get a lot of heat but, the reason I use 901s is because I'm not into that.

Thanks, I hadn't seen that one before but it looks interesting - and a lot more affordable! The one I'd seen mentioned was around $60 I think. Might have to order one of these & check it out, though it'd make my E-Power look sort of like some kind of space-age (MODERATED) or something. (That's okay I guess, I've been pulled over for both lesser & greater infractions :D )

BuzzPro or Provari for the mod. And for a dripping unit, how about one of these...Super T Manufacturing, Innovative manufacturer of electronic cigarette products.. I wasn't impressed with the DOD. Didn't work for the most part and yes, I had it setup correctly. I prefer the vapemate to it. If you're going to invest in a great PV, you may as well go all out and buy the best dripping device available IMO.

Hey Mickey Rat..I see you're a Zappa guy! OK, that's at least two of us in North Carolina...I'm on Topsail

Hey there! I moved to Hickory in '08. Before that I lived right down the road from you in Wilmington. Zappa was fun in my youth. Fits in with the MickeyRat thing too. Too bad the Rzzzzzzz wouldn't fit though. :)

You might get pulled over but, I'm pretty sure any LEO smart enough to tie his shoes is going to know you're not using anything he needs to be concerned with very quickly. He'll probably be embarrassed. I've taken it on 2 10 hour drives and never had a problem. I did have a car full of young men pull up beside me and give me thumbs up once though. :)

The one you're thinking of is probably the Vapemate that hairball posted a link to. The only other similar device I know about is the dripper from notcigs. I've never used one but, I have seen posts that say it works. It's pretty cheap too.
