I just ordered a ProVari VV V2 PV, in addition to a number of other accessories. One of the accessories I ordered was the following cartomizer.

Smok Tech 3.0 OHM Steel Dual Coil Cartomizer

In hindsight, I think I may have ordered a wrong cart.

I've got two tank systems... One is a smoktek DCT 510 tank, the other tank I'm getting is a Phiniac XL Amber Glass Tank.

Will these carts work?

The cart you ordered from MadVapes doesn't appear to be an XL cart (for DCT or XL tank systems), but you can still use it. You can either punch the holes yourself using a saddle valve or carto punch and use it with a shorter tank setup, or use it without a tank just by filling the cart. Either way, it should work.

That will work as long as you keep your voltage about 4.5. That will give you 6.75 watts.
The goal is to get between 4-9 watts. Below 4 and you won't get much vapor to high and you will burn the juice, burning in you throat and shorten the life of the carto and drain your battery quicker. You will also could damage you PV. Here is a chart I found useful.

To calculate watts the formula is Volts squared divided by ohms.
I'll post an updated spread sheet it will do the calculations for you . Just plug in the numbers.

Grats on the Provari, I want one so bad, I just cant pull the trigger on it :(
but its on sale now! I might just end up getting one next time I get paid, can't imagine them getting any cheaper

They sell blemished ones for $140 sometimes. I got my chrome one for that and it only had a small scratch on it. It looks about 10x worse now after a lot of use.

I have the Totally Wicked Torpedo (lava tube) and it's good , but always playing with the voltage and it doesn't vape consistently. The ProVari will be a welcome new toy.

You will be very happy with the Provari. It makes the LT seem like a toy that you play with occasionally.

I didn't understand all the hype (and talked plenty of ....) until I got one and used it. It was worth every penny as far as I'm concerned.
