I'm two months into vaping. I started out with the smaller 2-piece models, and I have moved onto the Titan 510s and Ego-Ts. I just got into e-juice and I'm almost done depleting my supply of pre-filled carts and cartomizers. I need to find a reliable syringe or kit so that I can refill cartomizers. I can easily refill my Titans and Tanks with the e-juice, but I haven't successfully filled a cartomizer yet.

Advice please. :)

I got mine from pharmacy and also from e-cig vendor who sell them as "juice filler". I'm refilling the CE2 clearomizers - the syringe and needle will work only to 50/50 PG/VG. Any more VG in the mix and the needle will not work as juice is too thick.
The plastic needle supplied with CE2's work with PG juices only.

I don't know what is the gauge of the needle I have, but they only sell these thin ones in pharmacies. Definitely need a thicker needle, but don't know any nurses :-(

If you plan on using cartos a lot, like me, I found that doing a google search can be beneficial. Or go on Amazon. I found some BD 1 ml syringes on sale for 8.99 for a box of 100 with free shipping. That was a couple of months ago, tho. For the clearomizers, I use a 20 guage needle. Works just fine and can be re-used if you keep it clean. I clean in alcohol and then then rinse in water and blow the excess water out. for a carto like the ego mega I use a 17 or 18 guage blunt needle. Hope this helps.

You can easily refill a cartomizer by filling the cap it came with with e-liquid and slowly inserting the cartomizer into the cap. This video shows it more easily than I can describe it.
YouTube - Refill Ecig Cartos Quick and Easy (CCFM) I've tried this technique and it works well.

In the long term a syringe may be better but while you're waiting on this shipping this is a useful technique.

Welcome to the forum. They are lots of different types of cartomizers. Some you fill(like you suggested) and some that require a needle and syringe. i.e. MAGMA Re-fillable MEGA-Clearomizer - 5 Pack and
FreedomSmokeUSA

I got a pack of 1.5 inch 20gauge needles and 3ml syringes in the "animal health" department of a farm store. Total cost was less than $5.00.

If you using the CE2 cartomizer, you'll also want some 16 gauge needles. Fill the syringe from the bottle using the 16, then switch to a 20 to inject it into the carto. You really can't draw heavy juice into the syringe using the 20, but the 16 won't fit into the cartridge.

I normally use 100% VG and have no problems using a 20gauge needle to fill the CE2.

Hey FantWrite, I use a 1ml syringe and it fits in most bottles. I never could fill the syringe with a needle so I stick the syringe down into the liquid(without a needle) fill the syringe then put it on the needle. Oh, and I insert the needle into the clearomizer first then attach the filled syringe. It works for me.

When working with VG mixes I remove a piston (plunger) from syringe and drop into syringe straight from the juice bottle. Then insert piston carefully back, point syringe upward and remove air.

OOPS! Stosh is typing faster than me.
