iStick's I've found are better for tanks not drippers. All my atty's I've used on it killed the battery to quick, and i could only build it to no less than .2 ohm's. Now being that your new, you probably wont be building at .2 ohm's anyway but you will be soon after you start building, LOL. it gets addictive.

Thanks for the advise. I was looking at the subtank mini so i could get away from buying coil heads. Ive watched alot of tutorials on how to rebuild my nautilus heads but I doesn't seem like it worth the hastle. Lol. The subtanks rba looks pretty easy to build the .5 coil on. I was looking at the Arctic but the buy coils is my draw back.

I would only be Dripping at home with a charger near by so the battery drain is not really a problem. I may not even like building. I dont know yet haha. Just wanting to experiment with new things at a higher wattage. Over the last 3 months it seems like I am constantly on youtube and this forum trying to pack as much knowledge as I can. Lol

Some good TC mods are the SX Mini M class, IPV4 $75-100, rDNA40 mods like the Vapor Shark, HB DNA40, etc. Sigelei is coming out with a 75w TC box mod, but on the market right now, the best bang for your buck in my opinion is the IPV4. It's Max is 100w as opposed to 60w on the SX Mini and 40w on the Evolv rDNA boards, and it takes dual 18650's in series for longer battery life. I wish YIHI would release an SX Mini M with dual 18650's instead of the light saber battery tube extension.

I also wish they had revisited that design. As I stated, I have two SX Minis, but never contemplated getting the extension tube as I thought they look like a battle axe installed. But I will say this, running two SXs a day, I never run out of battery and charge every night.

I got a Vapor Shark rDNA 40 to let me try out Nickel builds, but I've not made the transition yet. Also been eyeing up the SX mini m-class

Building with Ni200 is a PIA at times, it's really springy and delicate stuff. But once you find a good way to build (for me, I use a machine screw) it just works!

What is the best temp control device out right now? Also, what temps are you using?

I recently got an Inexpensive TC Mod to see what all the TC hype was about. I have to say that it actually works Surprisingly Well.

I have both Ni200 and Titanium Grade 1 wire. The Ni200 is kinda a PITA to work with. And is Very Fragile in small wire diameters. So I have been using the Ti Wire.

I set my temp at 310F with the Titanium. This is about 100F Lower than what Many people are using with Ni200. Due to Titanium's lower Resistance/Temperature Factor.

Thanks man. Yeah i have an mvp2 and a nautilus right now. Started around 3 months ago. It's time to upgrade. I wanna try get into building and try Dripping. I think the next order will have the istick 50, subtank mini, maybe a Magma dripper or tobh, and of course my juice for the month.
thats my exact story. naut mini mvp2 > stmini istick 30 using rba %100 of the time.
i cant touch the nautmini anymore as im spoiled by the stmini.
warning, ur gonna need more juice, learn to diy if u want to keep ur vape budget down.

as for temp control mods, things are changing fast, theyre talking about using kanthal to regulate temps.
for any1 on the fence about buying tc mods just wait a little longer, imo
