Looking To Brighten Strawberry

I just got the 100% Pure Citric Acid Powder. It wasn't as easy to find as I thought and of course it doesn't want to dissolve easily.

I add .5 % TFA blackberry to my regular strawberry along with 3 drops of lemon juice.
But not my strawberry cotton candy...something about adding the cotton candy sweetener and lemon makes the blackberry unnessarry.
That's just me.
Now, I'm down to 10mls....
Time to make some Strawberry !
