The article's author raises some good questions. I have always felt that vaping was more of an exit door than a gateway to smoking. This study was rather limited because it only used subjects that experienced nicotine with vaping first. Although this method seems to prove that vaping will not lead users to begin smoking, it does not show how often it allows addicted smokers to escape the cigarette addiction.
