Most people use flavorings (LorAnn being one of several) to make their own DIY juice, but you could add it (a very little at a time) to bump up something that you already have. If you were doing that, it might be easier if you diluted it a bit first. I suggest that you take a look around the DIY e-Liquid forum and start out by reading the stickies:

There was a big to-do a while back about LorAnn flavorings since they are designed and formulated for baking and as such contained oils that were not considered vapeable. Ingestible, yes.....vapeable no. Formulas may have changed by now but personally I stick with flavorings that do not contain oils.

Here is a link to a company that sells many different brands of flavoring for diy purposes. Capella flavors are usually best for new people starting out as they are pretty standard with their % for use. You could try 1 drop to your juice and work up. They are highly concentrated.
