Loss of flavour

Have had my istick 30w and gs air for about 4 days, very pleased with it, but just refilled my tank with pineapple nyk liquid that came free with the atomizer and It is lacking flavour. Any ideas why that might be have a full battery so am a bit confused

Make sure you shake up your juice before re-filling. Juice has a nasty habit of separating when it sits for a while.

Too early to get vaper's tongue. But possible.
Liquid could be past due.
Try rinsing your mouth with menthol or something of
your preference and try again.
Drink a lot of water!.

Or it might not be cured yet (steeped, but not technically steeping so I call it curing - that's what you do to tobacco leaves )
If just mixed up it can not yet have full depth of flavour.

Try a clean out and purchase another juice to refill. I'v found the same juice all the time tends to become flat and tasteless.. I use cartomizer cartridges and rotate flavors that way. If you rotate tanks, that can become a little pricey.
For now, you might want to go and brush your teeth and lightly brush tongue with Colgate, Crest , etc.. This helps to refresh your taste buds-works everytime for me.

Josh, you're getting good advice from the others so I'll just add this... In the upper right corner of every page is a search box. If you type in "vapors tongue" (or any other of the thousand keywords) a pop up will show you multiple posts on the subject. I've had vapors tongue.
