Hm... something's fishy with my scale, it must be broken as I've not lost more then 5 pounds in my life. Oh, sure, no problem gaining... but a loss of 15lbs? (give or take 5lbs for morning vs evening weighting and various clothing weights when doing so).

My theory is that i spend more time vaping then I do snacking and even have been known to forget to have a meal since starting. The only explanation for this is the yummy flavors that keep back any sort of cravings. Chocolates, fruits, baked goods and the like, you get the idea.

If you have experienced this, don't tell me it will come back, please? LOL

What a great thread.

I've lost a little over 15 lbs in the 2 1/2 months I've been vaping. Part of that is because I've been in a full leg brace for 2 months from my car accident and it's a pain in the .... (or should I say knee) to get up and down for a mere snack. Still, I'm sure that part of it is due to vaping as I intended all along to vape sweet juices instead of eating so many sweets and snacks.

Vaping to avoid Type 2 diabetes may be one of the unsung potential benefits of vaping if you ask me.
