Your out of DIY kits and have been since I first found your site on 10-11-09. Guess I'll have to get the stuff elsewhere since I can't wait for someone who doesn't keep a good stock especially right now when I'm having withdrawals and need to add nic to what I do have.

When paying for shipping I'm not about to order 1-2 items and then be out shipping to get a whole kit if and when you ever do get any in. Was going to get a kit, Walrus yummie and an extra 15ml of VG. Sorry a little irritated right now after spending so much in supplies and still having to smoke analogs. May be back later to order in and when you ever do get a stock and may not.

Forgot to add storms are on the way and I wasted time here looking for a coupon when you said you had these back in stock on 10-07 today so now I may not be able to get an order in tonight. Looks like I'll be using analogs only until I can get nic to increase strenghts of what I have now along with being able to create some of my own juice.

Actually TJ since the 11th we've stocked DIY kits three times, sorry they go out so fast, and please feel free to look elsewhere. without knowing your name or email I can't say you have emailed about it, but I can safely say I don't recall an email from anyone saying they are waiting especially on a DIY kit.

Sorry your frustrated, I can definitely understand that myself, but please don't make a post as if something you can't find is our fault, as well, we do the best we can to supply everything to everyone that wants it.

Rob, sorry about my being cranky since I'm not normally ever that way. I apologize immensely and hope you will forgive me. Being a heavy smoker and trying to vape since Oct. 5th on 16 mg & 18 mg hasn't been enough to keep me off of analogs after making a big investment in hardware. I found your site and saved the information back on the 11th because I knew in the long run I would want to make some of my own juice to help keep expenses down more. I was in a hurry due to storms coming yesterday to get an order in so I could up the mg on all the tons of juice I have. I started at your forum since it would have any coupons and saw your post about having it back in stock. I wasted about 30 minutes looking for a coupon before going on to your site and finding out once again you where out of stock. By that time the storm was raging outside and I knew I wouldn't be able to put an order in anywhere for a starter kid. I quickly posted my frustration right before I had to go offline and call it a total loss, which I shouldn't have done. Not getting enough nic sure made me cranky which I've never noticed before since I always got enough. I've decided to give up and go back to analogs mostly until I can get a higher nic level in my juices. I did come back to your site only since the 11th once to log your mg's and prices and what ever day that was you still didn't have the kit in stock, so last night was my 3rd time to your site. I have not emailed you about your kit (like I said I held onto the site info for a future purchase) and being new at this I didn't know they where such a hot item. I'm glad for you they are since that makes you more money . I appreciate your link to another source also, now that was really nice.

I checked it out and although it may take longer to get in, it looks like it has a good set up to keep the stuff away from my animals and comes with directions. I will probably get it and later when you have yours in stock also get one of yours in the following months when I'm not spending more in e-cigs than I was in analogs. Love the little case you have with your kit. Again very sorry, I have slapped my little checks until they are pink and puffy for you, nah you wouldn't want me to have a black eye now would you? LOL. I throughly understand where you came from and how you felt, I myself am a customer first and was a customer before we created liquidxpress. This is why I linked you to an outside source for goods. If we can't help someone I always like to point them in a direction where they can get what they need. I hate for anyone to go without, in the future if you need anything please just let us know, if I don't have it or can't get it, I'll definately point you or anyone else in a direction I think can help.
