lost screw

I have a "did clone" bought from fasttech. I have managed to drop a screw and no amount of searching
has located it. These are affordable enough, I could just replace it, but I was wondering if anyone knew
of anyway to just replace the screw.

I found the screw a PITA so I took it out and used a plug instead. I used the loose plug inside a new condom (.... plug) and cut the edge off each side so it wouldn't get in the way of the top cap when screwing it back on and I also snipped off part of the tip. It worked great.
