Check with your neighbors, maybe go to your local post-office and talk to the postmaster.

It's not a nice feeling, I've had it happen to me several times. Filing a claim with the post office is an exercise in frustration. I'd almost say don't bother, but you should.

Finally, you might just try contacting the company you bought from. It's not their fault of course, but some of them will re-send your order at a discount or even (in rare cases) send you the juice for free.

It's the vendor's responsibility to make sure you get what you paid for. If it got lost in transit the vendor needs to work this out with whoever they contracted to deliver it.

And your "period" key is broke. Just FYI.

Absolutely the vendor's responsibilty. Period key definetely seems to be broke.

I already contacted one on one flavors from what they tell me they can't do anything for me at this time so it's like their telling sucks to be you there went 100 bucks in flavors I guess

Without getting into the legalities of it all, I would suggest (and it has been my experience) that most vendors have disclaimers in their terms and conditions stating that they are not responsible for lost packages unless you specifically request and pay for insurance.

I would say this is particularly the case because the package shows as delivered and not just lost and undelivered.

Good luck. I ordered one of my sons huge Christmas presents one year from Toys R Us. It was a $199 toy set of those huge mega lego sets that builds to a space jet or whatever. Well it was supposedly delivered to my house. But no... Never got it. And I was home that day. So I called the post office. Well they swore it was delivered. I called Toys R Us. They kept saying they were going to refund my bank card...which never happened even after dozens of calls and emails. So... I had something else happen. Someone stole the package at my door. I set up a cam and seen a guy sneak up on the porch and take my next box which was a cable for my laptop. Ugh. Thieves make me sick.

How do you steal boxes at Christmas time? I mean I went out and bought other stuff, but I could afford to. What if I was a single Mom and that was the only toy my child had coming for Christmas?

Anyway... I lost that money and was out double because I had to purchase again. So you don't always get the vendor or the post office to help. I filled out forms at the post office but they said they delivered it and can't help what happens after they've done their job. Ugh. I learned my lesson fast. I set up a camera when I had packages coming and started using the option delivery signature. I usually try to be home now when a package is scheduled to be delivered too.

That's great that you eventually got your package. But unfortunately for me someone actually stole it. So nothing I did would work. I was basically screwed. If the OP didn't actually get it, it wasnt delivered to her house, then she may be able to do something but if its showing it was delivered they won't do much. Once they deliver to your address its out of their hands what happens. It's horrible but they won't do anything at all if they actually did deliver it. Unless there was a mix up and someone else reveived it. The problem is how would you know?

I would try contacting USPS. It can't hurt. I know that where we are now, the street is split between 2 routes. We have had it a couple of times where a package was out for delivery but did not come. When I contacted the P.O. the first time, I got "We don't know what happened. You should get it tomorrow." We did. The second time, the person at the Post Office explained about the street being split, and said that the package was probably in the other driver's stuff. I must have sounded desperate - day before July 4, we were almost out of ejuice (that was what was in the package) - because a couple of hours later a P.O. vehicle pulls up and the driver delivered it to the front door. When we were in Ohio, we had a package go missing. Our regular carrier told me that there was a similar sounding street name in another part of town (Akron). A few days later, we finally got the package. Keep checking your mail - if it was misdelivered, hopefully the person who received it is honest and will return it to the Post Office.
