Lost Vape Orion Q

Hello.. new to here.. cannot find answer anywhere. I have an orion Q lost vape. Not the plus.. not the dna. The Q. It charges.. it turns on.. and it turns off.. but every time I go to fire it.. it just blinks a dim purple light 4 times. It will not fire.

Any ideas?

I don't know this pod but just saying....Try holding the fire button for like 20seocnds when it's turned off and then try same also when it's on....also maybe try vape it plugged in to charger to see if it will work...if there.is software for PC updates try that also if u can.....and also check this I feel like u got the same problem even tho maybe it's not the same model....maybe u have seen before tho and tried just saying
