hey guys. i ordered a stingray clone from 101vape last thursday. it shipped out on saturday and at 1:28 sunday morning it said that it departed a sort facility in san diego. ever since it shipped the expected delivery date was marked as today, which it still is, but it has never been updated again since that 1:28 AM san diego departure. do you think this is cause for concern like they might have lost it or stolen it?

USPS or UPS? If it's USPS then it will simply show up today most likely. USPS tracking is hit and miss as far as real time goes. If it's UPS then tracking should have shown at your local sort facility this morning if it's to be delivered today.

Most likely it will show up today or tomorrow. That said, you should always get the insurance option if offered. I had an ($80) package depart Oakland, then disappear into the unknown. The tracking still hasn't updated a month later. The company I bought it from was super helpful and sent a replacement package out one week after the estimated delivery date was reached. I think they have to wait a full week before they can file the claim with the USPS. I wouldn't worry just yet, but if it doesn't show within a week or so after your delivery date, contact the company to let them know there might an issue.

I agree, always take the insurance option when offered. It is usually under $3.00.
