Lou Gehrig Autograph - What's it Worth?

I have a sports certificate from the 1940 New York World's Fair with three signatures on it. Lou Gehrig's signature (Instructor in Baseball), Nello Falaschi's signature (Instructor in Football) and Christy Walsh's signature (Director of Sports).

I only know that Lou Gehrig's autograph has some value because of it's rarity, but I was just wondering if anyone out there could give me a ballpark (no pun intended) figure on how much this might be worth?
