I have the Joye 510 and the Ego, but it leaks around the battery connection/atomizer. Is there a way to fix this? Or another PV that is similar in size or even a bit longer that doesn't leak? It doesn't matter how little liquid I drip, or if I use a cart or carto. I'm just tired of getting juice everywhere.

I still have the occasional problem with carts leaking but I've discovered that it's either because

1) The filler needs to be adjusted.
2) I'm not giving the atomizer/cartomizer enough time to recover between hits. It seems that it gets hot and thins out the juice.
3) I've overfilled the cart.
4) I've put too many drops on the atomizer because I'm trying to be lazy and greedy at the same time.

it basically just means that there is too much liquid being pooled in the atty. either the filler in the cartridge is overfilled or in a bad position, making it dump too much juice in. or you are dripping too much juice in. i drip mainly, and once i figured out how much i need for a clean consistent vape, i rarely get any leakage.

one thing you can do, is intermittently take off the atty and blow it clear of any loose juice into a napkin. put it back on and dont put any juice in and try it. if it vapes nicely, then just try 1-2 drops (start with 1) until you find out how to maintain that.

I drip and use cartomizers... Have also tried a TON of different attys and cartos, and found that the amount of leakage varies widely depending on which atty you're using. They're definitely not all made the same. I would just start shopping around, trying different atomizers, to find your sweet spot

I've been loving the CE2 R4 cartomizers lately (even for dripping), and have had no problems with leaking at all (and I even take out the leak-guard ring - just don't hang it upside down, no leaks)

Thank you Womanofthe Heart- I have this problem alot too and prolly for all the reasons you just mentioned! I get too frustrated with my carts tasting burnt and dry after about 15 minutes, so I tend to overfill. For sure I'm going to order the cartomizers, they are alot less hassle

I've been using the eGo Mega cartos and aside from requiring a syringe for filling, I really like them!
