Love my new kit, but not off analogs yet...I cannot type below darn Kindle!! What am I doing wrong? ughhh!

Hi Firefly. Maybe you are not doing anything wrong. It can take a little time for some people. I cut down by half immediately and it took another two months for me to get down to five a day. The good news is that you will find your sweet spot and it will improve. I had to get some 24mg nic instead of the 18mg I had bought. I now also have 12mg for those evenings when I want to vape my face off and not be getting too much nic before bedtime. So, 24mg all morning, 18 for the afternoons and 12mg along with some 24mg or 18mg for the evenings. I just keep three different batteries loaded up

I think she is complaining because her kindle won't let her type in the reply box. But she can type in the title box to start and new thread. I don't know much about the kindle. But maybe try selecting the mobile version. At the bottom of the screen there is a spot to choose how you view the forum. Try choosing one of the mobile versions. Or, if your kindle is auto directing you to the mobile version try one of the regular versions.
I think he/she is reading, but won't be able to reply until he/she figures this out?
you're not doing anything wrong,,,,,,,it takes different people different amount of times to get completely off the cigarettes. Just keep it up

Just keep a positive attitude and celebrate the analogs you've skipped in favor of vaping.
I got down to just my morning cig and after meal cigs rather quickly, but it took a while for me to quit completely.
Like Reno, I needed 24mg strength but others were just fine with 18 or less.

I've recently upped my nic juice to 24 mg in some juices. I find it gives me that jolt at the beginning of the day. I think once I'm out of my 18 mg juices I will switch to all 24 mg.
If its the kindle, i have the same issues. I couldn't reply on mine or my wifes. I bought a transformer and my wife an ipad...i hate apple stuff though.
If it is getting off analogs...it will come. If youare cutting back there will be a day when you just don't have one then another day and so on. I am about 4 months without a smoke. I still crave them but it is easily suppresed even when i am a grouch.
Now to either have my secretary assistant or whatever the pc term is type these so they make sense.

Well I quit 3 pad in 3 days...but I found I needed desert joe...it was harsher like a strong cig with lots of TH...cowboy and 555 were OK but, even tho they were all 24mg...joe just did the job better. So some juices just do better than others. Now after 2 months I'm beginning to test other juices...but joe got me off cigs and will always have a soft place in my heart.

When I first started vaping, I was off the analogs by the 3rd day, but I have to admit it wasn't very satisfying. It took me awhile to find the right flavor and the right strength. I migrated away from the tobacco flavors pretty fast. But the thing that helped me the most was going to 24mg. And I even vaped some 36mg, LOL. But the thing is, once you find that "sweet spot", it's just easy sailing from then on.
Just don't beat yourself up ... every cigarette you've not smoked is another step forward. You'll get there in your own good time. When you find the taste of a cig so nasty and so disgusting compared to your vaping experience, you'll know that you've arrived.
If you were just talking about getting your Kindle to perform ... sorry, I only use mine for reading. And I still prefer holding an actual book.

man,,,,i can't handle 24mg anymore,,,i buy 24mg in unflavored nic juice and cut it in half and some times by a 3rd.
when i try 24mg , i get shaky and sick to my stomach,,i fell like i could jump out of my skin and this is coming from a guy that smoked pipe tobacco the last 3.5 yrs.

Don't think about it at how many ciggerettes you are smoking. Think about it as how many your not smoking. I'm sure you have cut back since you started vaping. I was a 1.5 pack a day smoker. I was actually outside smoking when I got my first Vapemail a 19.99 box of SI came with 1 charger 1 battery and 2 18mg carto's. for the first day I did both by day 2 I was on the vaping wagon. My best friend has been vaping for 3 weeks and still has 1-2 cigs a day which isn't bad considering she was a 1.5-2 PAD smoker. Just give it time you will wean yourself off

I only did it twice maybe 3 times. I got too many questions after that. I suck at typing, let alone gettin fat fingers on a droid or a tablet.
Finally! I'll have to thank Dac311 as he got it right! But you also deserve a huge thanks! I just love this place! I've learned so much, and people are so kind! I ordered the kit that came with 2 batts, as suggested I got one manual and one auto. Since it was my first order with the 10%off, I went ahead and ordered another battery. They sent the wrong color, and true to their reputation for great customer service, they sent the correct one out right away! And let me keep the other! So I feel very lucky to have four batts!! I ordered more juice tonight as it turns out that stuff goes much faster than I thought it would! I will go into details about that later. For now I just wanted to thank-you so, so much for your encouragement, and inspiration! You Rock!
