I've been using the dot system for anything where it wouldn't be obvious what it was from the packing slip and I'm also transitioning to new labels as well. The new labels specify flavor strength and PG/VG content and also have a born on date. They take forever to print so not all bottles are going out with the new labels yet but they will all have them as soon as I've printed labels for all the different flavors and bottle sizes. They look very nice, too! And, they're waterproof!

Ah, but are they juice proof?

I have my original sample size bottle of vanilla blackberry swirl that I refill from "the big bottle" for refilling at work. (Yes, the sample bottle is about a year old now.) It's barely readable now, a victim of spilled juice. Sure, I could make a new label for it, but it wouldn't be as cool as having your logo there.

They are supposedly juice proof but I haven't really soaked them down repeatedly yet to make sure. I have rinsed them under water and spilled juice on them and so far so good but I won't know for sure until they get thoroughly tested by being used and abused in my carrying case for a couple weeks!
