I used to use the G6 publicly and the Triton at home but to tell you the truth I am at the point where I really don't give a horse's patoot what anyone else thinks so I use the Triton everywhere. I only use the G6 now sometimes at night when I want a change of pace so I keep one in my family room with a mini tank of something I usually don't vape all day (like cafe mocha or pure Belgian).

I used to use BluCig. I do not recommend them. I've heard good things about Halo's G6; I considered buying a couple of the automatic batteries so I could have a hands-free option, as well as to use in public; however, I bought the Triton Variable Voltage and have barely even used the two batteries that came with my starter kit since, so now I have absolutely no intention to buy a cig-a-like battery.

Cocoa goin-on...one of them is the size of a Light-saber & the other a bit smaller, yet i'm a happy camper :vapor:

I love this quote so much, I'm going to post it again:

"We would worry less about what others think of us if we realized how seldom they do." - Ethel Barrett

The feeling of "what others think" will soon pass. I felt the same exact way for awhile when I first vaped. My avatar pic is me laughing at some snotty ladies who stopped their conversation as I walked by w/a buddy glaring at me when I was vaping in a parking lot of a mall.

I rolled down my window, laughing and vaping like crazy towards their direction. I don't care anymore what people think. I'm not smoking anymore and that's what matters most.

Heehehee. I was at lunch at the Cheesecake Factory next to Saks. You should have seen these uppity ladies faces as I walked by. They were parked right next to my car. I almost OD'ed just sitting in my car, on purpose, blowing huge vapor clouds out the window! LMAO!!

My buddy took the pic and tried to angle it to show them in the background but they were on the other side of their car. We were dying laughing. The pic just makes me laugh. But I change my avatar for holidays to Angelina Jolie....this one was found by a fellow Halon, Always.

I used to only use the G6 in public and Triton at home but the G6 just feels so weak to the Triton. I felt awkward at first using the Triton in public but at this point I just don't care and honestly 95% of people don't even notice or care either. Some older people may stare at it as they walk past you here and their but nobody has ever had a problem with it. In fact it is a pretty good conversation starter as some people are intrigued by it and planning on quitting smoking etc.. I have had some interesting conversations with people just walking up to me asking me if I like it, how long I have been on it, etc... Even those are pretty rare, most people just don't care lol.

Surprisingly enough I have turned on more older people to vaping than younger ones. I am one of those women who talks to everyone in the produce aisle... but I talk to strangers about vaping as well as people I know. I explain what it is, how it works and the benefits and generally carry tip covers in case they wanna try. I would always get my last inhale before getting on the bus when did the DC trip last month and has several interested so could talk about it on the ride and even those who weren't into it got to hear the good parts about it. I wanted everyone to view vaping as a good alternative to smoking, even the non smokers and especially those in DC.

I've noticed older people ask me about my Triton more-so than the young folk. I guess it's because younger people think smoking makes them look cool.

I've noticed the same thing. I think the older crowd may be more interested in the health benefits and money savings. I don't like to push the e cig idea on anyone, but I have been surprised with how many of my peers (25 here) have seen me make the switch and haven't shown the slightest interest in quitting smoking.

On the subject of cig-a-likes: I use my Triton at home and the G6 when I'm out and about. To me the G6 is just more convenient to carry and vapor production is just fine. Battery life has been a non issue for me because as a former pack a day smoker any of the G6 batteries can last as many puffs as 20 cigarettes will. Just my $0.02.:vapor:
