low ohm vaping on a passthru

Hey everyone,
I just recently got my first passthru.the little bitty 510 vv passthru I think from joytech.it goes from 3.0 to 4.8. I got a 2 amp adapter that goes from AC to USB to go with it.

My question is..can I vape low ohms on it like 1,1.6 1.8 ohms or will I tear up this little passthru,or the adapter.
