Low Resistance Cartomizers...

I know next to nothing about low resistance cartomizers and I'm hoping someone can help me out here. I've done some searching on the ECF forums but I'm really looking for info about usage with GLV stuff. What I want to do is to be able to have the same 'hit' and vapor production from my GLV2 but using either my GLV Mini or Super Mini. Am I wrong in assuming that using a low resistance cartomizer will help with achieving this goal?

No, you are not wrong in your assumptions. I'm an atty person because I like dripping. However, I have heard everything GREAT about IKV's carto's. Search for 5card and Switched, both of them do some awesome reviews of the IKV line. I know I picked up a wealth of knowledge reading their posts.

I havent been really happy with Ikens cartos. Ive tried them all. For me anyway. I have had much better luck with ivape and vapersetc.

I use IKV Fusion cartos and have for months. They are my favorite cartos.

Just got the LR cartos from GLV in the mail today.. Awesome! EXACTLY what I was looking for!! I tried one on the SuperMini I got from the classifieds. Awesome vapor and perfect throat hit (I'm one of those that likes a little burn). I would say the vapor production and TH is comparable to my 5v GLV2 with V4L cool carts. I filled it with V4L grape flavored juice and it tastes incredible.

Just wanted to note that I've noted the low resistance carto gets VERY hot if the button is pressed for longer than a few seconds. I'm still very happy with the LR, but I just have to be a bit more careful when using them. I'm wondering if something like 2.0 ohms would work as well without the heat....

One more quick update. I had a couple of small bottles of Ms. T's juice laying around so tried those in the LR cartos. They were awesome! I'm not sure if it's because the Ms. T's is thicker or what, but the taste was phenomenal, great TH and awesome vapor. These bottles were pretty old so I ordered some new stuff. I'm really looking forward to trying the new stuff!

I had a lr carto from Jay and Im amazed at the vapor at 3.7 on my SM.I may have to get more,LOL!

I'll definitely be ordering more. Although I'm not a fan of refilling, I really like being able to get the amount of vapor I'm getting off the SM with the LR cartos! Maybe V4L or someone will start making prefilled LR cartos!

V4L have some called WoWs that are a little lower res,and have a little more VG in them.They seem to do well at 3.7.Thats what I have been using on my SM.I use the Coolcarts on my 5v though.

Have you guys checked out the resurrectors from Crystal Clear Vaping? They are 1.7ohm XL smoketech cartos. They work great on the GLV's with tanks, because you don't need and adapter to allow the button to fire. You just punch them higher.

I really liked those at first, TONS of vapor!!! But after a short while the filler gets really beat up, they don't last too long... You can't let these get dry, not even a little dry.

I sold off my stock BEFORE I figured out an easy way to punch tanks, and would have really like to use these in my tank! Then they would rock!

The filler does get beat, but mine still kick.

I really like the Kanger 2.0 ohm cartos with my GLV supermini and tank. I used to use Boge LR's but think i prefer the Kangers these days, not as noisy. Flavor and vapor production is good.

Getting my super mini in soon and just wondered about using a dual coil on it. Has anyone used one on it and how was the TH and bat life? I like the TH from 1.25 dual coil from smoketech and have heard it will probably reduce bat life when used on the SM. Info would be appreciated from those who have a SM and have used the dual coils.
