Lowest Ohm's on MVP

Question: Just as the title says, what is the lowest ohm coil i could use on an MVP.

In my upcoming purchase of the MVP 2.0 i want to be ready to try rba's. Specifically a drip tip. Any suggestions on a good drip tip starter kit with lower ohms for a larger puff of vapor?

RBA and starter kit doesn't really go together.
You should be able to fire close to 1.0 ohms on MVP. If you are just starting out on rebuildable, I strongly suggest stay above 1.3ohms with single coil setup. RDA will give you plenty of vapor if done right at that setting. Without going down to dangerous resistance level, there are plenty other stuff that you can adjust. Coil size and style, wick size and style, juice types.. etc. try these stuff first.
also, read up on ohms law to make sure you understand what is going on with the battery when you fire the coil.

Lowest I've gotten MVP2 to fire is 1.3 ohm...

From what I read it's about 1.3 ohms, but you would probably want to stay around 1.8 ohms. The lower the ohms the more amps one draws and on some regulated devices, the low ohm build will limit the watts you can drive it at. Even with a 2 ohm build you could still max out the watts that a MVP will put out. If you shoot for to low of a build, it may get to low and not fire, so would have to up the ohms.

On a regulated mod, going low ohms is not dangerous, since they have protection circuitry, it's just frustrating if you go to low and it won't fire and have to rebuild, wasting vape time. lol.

My mvp v2 has fired at .9 ohms single coil build in a protank 2.

Lowest mine fires is 0.8ohms, but it doesn't allow you to adjust voltage.. well it does adjust, but output doesn't change from ~2.78volts.

Lowest I would go is 1.5ohms, so I can use it at 5volts.. but I would stick around 2ohms to get the best range.

Edit-i mainly use lightning vapes for kanthal.. I would try 30&32gauge first. 28 could work out for you though. I made a one time purchase of sterile rolled cotton at cvs for $6, wicks for life. I'm looking into trying bamboo, hemp, and steel rope.

MVP has a 3 amp limit. 1.6-1.7 ohms is your optimum range 3 amps at 5 volts. Allowing full output highest wattage and longer battery life. Ohms law says if you go below 1.7 you start to overload the circuitry and reduce the actual wattage at the coil and battery life

Refer to this chart ( https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet...xZLVd5aDkwUEJEZXc&f=true&noheader=false&gid=1 ) and a ohms law calculator keep In mind your amp limit and wattage at ohm level with highest volts.

I ordered everything you mentioned! Even ordered some stainless steel wick to try out later on down the road. Now on to order some rba's! Any reccomendations... I was thinking an iGo L and maybe a Kayfun Lite?

Yeah..igo l is probably the best for beginner dripper.. Maybe igow4.. agi is what I started out with. Dripper and genesis in one.. $10 on 101vape, doesn't come with drip tip.

I use kayfuns everyday. I don't leave home without two of them. I'd look into the hcigar or ehpro versions, if you can't go with original. I have friends that only buy originals, clones for parts. I buy clones. 1original or 2-4clones?..
