Depends on the batteries. What are you using? With a 3.2 volt ego or 3.7 volt mod, yes it will warm the vapor that feels more like hot boxing a cigarette. Remember mah must be over 450 to use them, so don't use them on the mini cigarette size batteries. They also use more power so the battery won't last as long.

I am a big fan of the 1.5 306LR on 3.7 reo or dripping on egos. For some sweet VG juices they get too hot and burn the flavor and occasionally my mouth, but for the majority of balanced or mostly PG juice flavors they are great. For some juices the 1.8 or 2.0 306 LR works better.

LR attys are a replication of regular attys for higher voltage vaping. Here is the calculator where you can figure the wattage that works best for you. http://www.ohmslawcalculator.com/ohms_law_calculator.php

The warm vapor filling my lungs feels more cigarette like to me and I find it sort of comforting like a warm hug from inside. You might also consider upping your nicotine level if the cravings don't subside.

LR atty's are awesome! It certainly increases the TH as far as I'm concerned. I've found that different ohms rating items will change the experience. The dual coil cartos blew my socks off and then I got a hold of a variety of LR atty's. While I still enjoy the LR carto's for all day use, the LR atty's are my preferred method while at home and dripping.

There are tons of different LR stuff all over the place. I've found a home with Ikenvape's stuff. His 1.8ohm Cannon atty's are beyond compare.

You cannot use LR attys or LR cartos if you have a slim battery. If you have batteries 450mah charge or higher (like fat battery model or mod) then you can use LR stuff which is hotter and sucks battery power faster. Heat enhances nicotine's TH

Good point.

When using atty less than roughly 2 ohms it is a good idea to verify switch, batt and all circuits can handle higher current load.

For me, it was the extra nicotine that helped. I tried 12 and lower mg for the first week and I was vaping constantly. Now I good with 18 mg juices. If I really need it, I have a stash of 24. Maybe a combination of both will be what you are looking for but I think you are on track thinking you need a bump in nic.

Thanks for the replies, I have 2 ego 650mah batteries but ordered a 1000mah battery to go with the new attys (510-t). Ive been vaping 18mg but ordered 24mg. Should have got the juices today, but unfortunately, Canada post went on strike today so I wont be getting any of my stuff for a little while. I did, however, start using the stock atomizer and drip tip that came with the ego today and find that its working great.
