I am not sure if it is just the LR Attys that are doing this (I run them at 3.4V-3.7V on a Riva 510), but I am finding that I am always getting a burnt taste, or a nasty feeling in the back of my throat. I get this mostly when I drip, or use my Pump tank. The tank and my attys are all LR. Is this what most people find when they use LR stuff?

The Reef just off the Florida coast
1. The Juice: what juice, what pg/vg mix, what nic level?
2. The Atty: what kind, how low resistance?
3. The Water: you're just getting back into the vape; vaping draws water from the mucus membranes; it dehydrates you; drink more water.

FSUSA's, 50/50 mixes mostly, 24MG.

Most recently it is this one: GotVapes 510 Bridgeless PumpCart System LR 1.7-1.9 SMOKEY [gv-bridgelesspumpcart-LR-SMOKEY] - $10.99 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more I've used bridgeless attys with the same issue.

I drink lots of water.

I do. I also ask questions. ;-)

Just so you know, this doesn't happen when I use Fluxomizers (what I mostly use) or Cartomizers. I also have an eGo-T tank system (type-a) and never have this happen when using it either.

I'm asking the question because I like the Pump Cart system and would like to use it more. If it is the LR that is causing this, I will get one non-LR. If it isn't, I will just stick with my fluxomizers.

If it were the juice or amount of water I drink, it would happen with all of them.

ok, so this is the lr bridgless
ok i thought you originaly meant the 1.7 smoktek

ok i first would blow out any juice

then prime it with 2 drops
fill your pump cart and remove the ball
place pumpcart into atomizer, DO NOT press the button at this point, when ever you do press the button tilt your system in an angle, tap your button gently, do not press it in, just tap it.

now before pressing any buttons to fill it, take a drag at 3.2 to 3.7 volts to see if your getting bad taste.

then you can tilt it and gently tap the button, youll see juice drop so youll need to learn to gently press it without flooding it.

its possible at this point your going to get a bad taste regardless, it might be to gunked, or something else might be going on, just contact me in pm if you cant get it going and we will work something out..

Cleaning it up seems to have helped a little. It has to have quite a bit of juice in it to not have that burning affect. I need to put in juice to the point it gurgles when I draw from it. But, it does work a bit better.

I think I am going to get a non-LR version (probably a HV) when my Infinity Pro gets here. That will let me know if it is the LR.
