Hey everyone, I have a pretty quirky question. Initially I have the 3.7V box mod from mad vapes and a LR atty. I purchased a second atty for backup purposes. When I received my atty I decided to try it out as I had thought my original LR atty was about to die. To my surprise, the LED comes on but the new atty doesn't work. So my buddy has the exact same box mod, my new atty works on his just fine. So I tried his LR atty on mine and it works. I'm not sure what else to try to get the atty to work on mine.

The only difference I see between current LR and new LR atty is there seems to be a bulge at the end of the old atty and the new one is more just flat on the end that seats into to where a battery would go.

I should also mention both LR attys I purchased were Bauway from madvapes.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Try one of his attys on yours to make sure you didn't lose the connection from your switch to your connector. I imagine the light would still work as long as it was attached. Try cleaning your connection on the mod to see if it has any residue from leaked juice. Also, it's possible they changed which connector/circuitry they used in yours as opposed to his. I know the ohms of the atty and connector/circuitry factor into how well or even *if* it will fire. You can even try a different brand LR atty to check.

I have tried his atty on my box mod and it works, and vice versa. It's just the new atty doesn't work on mine but it does on his.

The old atty that does work on mine has the bulge, so should I try and pull it out?

Unsure: his atty is exactly the same as my new atty. I will try and take some pictures tonight to help with some of the confusion that may be there.

yeah a pic would help. My first thought would be at the connection but from you said the anomaly must be the atty
