I keep my tank filled at 3/4 level, don't know why I decided to do it that way. How low should I let it get before refilling? Or does it matter at all? I know juice should always cover the little hole in cart.

I have a clear drip tip on the tank and its always filled with condensation and I was wondering if that is juice coming up from the cart or is it moisture from my mouth. Does your drip tip always have little drops of moisture?

As long as the hole is covered often enough for the juice to be sucked in, it doesn't matter that much. Even if your tank runs dry, there will be enough juice in the cart to keep it from burning before you notice it's tasting dry. When you're getting low, take a few vapes with the LT in a more or less vertical position to cover the hole.

The condensation is from the moisture in the air, mostly. It's why I don't like clear tips. :)
People with clear tips don't like it because they claim it drips back into their carto, and it probably does.
They say it interferes with their juice.
People without clear tips don't notice the difference.
I vaped for almost 2 years before I got my first clear tip.
If I hadn't done that, I'd never know about the condensation.

This has been an issue since the start. Most cartridges have a "condensation cup", an area for juice to build up from condensation. Most of it drips back onto the atty when they sit a while. Cartos just suck it back in as it runs down the sides. Ego-t has the cup at the top and the cart/tank is supposed to just hold it. Part of the reason people like "Vase Style" drip tips (cherry vapes dream tips for instance) is that this condensed juice does lend to the flavor. On the bright side, if you are a menthol vaper, you get free breath freshner every once in a while.

This has always been, and likely always will be, a minor inconvenience. It is part of why auto batteries tend to not last so long (I don't breathe back into my auto's and have had some for a year without issue), as the condensation can get into the battery (not the actual battery, but the battery unit). Usually it just ruins the switch.
