"Lung guard apparatus" + Customs

Ok, Finally, after all this research I have been debating where to order from.

Anyone who wants to know, SLB = best price for e-cigs, Dekon = best price for juice.

This being said, I am ordering from ruyandirect.com. For the convenience, he accepts paypal, very responsive, has both liquid and e-cigs.

That being said, I have done more research on orders being seized. I want to make sure all my shipments make it through customs.

Here is what I am ordering, 25 901's weekly, (do I need the manuals removed?)

I am ordering 9 30ml liquids, by themself

500 carts and spare batteries and atomizers.

I may be paranoid, but I want my first 3 shipments to all get to me, (don't we all) I am over thinking all of this, but, I am waiting on Wayne's response to my email, and submitting my payment, it could be in the next 10 minutes or 2 days, who knows, they are having a big Parade in China, comming up.


Anyways, just want to see if there is a bullet proof customs shipment method, where they can not for 100% sure seize my order, now, and in the future. I read a post earlier saying not to put Apparatus as the description.

Hey, good to hear you getting started. I too just placed an order from china. I got 9-30ml liquids--some atomizers---500 carts, etc. Just want to see how it goes before getting any bigger.
I plan on building some mods like the 901 lightvapors zi moshi does and others. I don't think anyone minds me doing similiar mods as they put them out there.
I will probably get some 901's soon and others. Just got to check more into it and see how these small orders go.
Also, we still need to chat via AIM or something. Brainstorm ideas, etc.--LOL

Looking over your shopping list...one thing I notice is the carts....500. IMO, you don't need that many. You can restuff the carts many times with either Fluval fish filters, polyfill batting, coffee filters, tea bags....the list is endless...

Are you ordering full kits 25 at a time? You're not going to need them all (unless you plan to sell?) You're going to find yourself hip deep in extra battery chargers and more carts....

My suggestion would be to buy the parts, not the kits... get 2 or 3 chargers (good to have spares, and you can charge more batteries at once), then batteries and attys-maybe 10ish each. Get about, oh, I don't know.....10 or 15 blank carts to fill.

The last time I ordered from Wayne, I just ordered attys, and he listed them as spare parts. Went through customs like a greased pig.

I would order the liquid separately.....just as you suggested.

I wouldn't worry too much about what the FDA is doing.....for one, it takes YEARS for them to actively enforce things, and for another, with the millions of small, individual orders coming into the country each day, customs will not catch the bulk of these orders....

I have heard that ruyan direct is a recognized name by customs and is now getting more shipments seized. Just a rumor maybe? I dunno. But a couple small orders have been seized. May the vaping gods smile upon you!

I think they are doing as much as they can over there to get these things through...

Where did you hear that small orders were seized? There have been absolutely no reports that I know of as of today, and I've been following this very closely. This is important to know if it's truth or rumors.

Somebody on the forums yesterday or the day before posted that theirs got seized...I think it was a small order...but I wasn't paying close attention, my mind was elsewhere. I do remember it was posted though. If I come across it, I'll post it.

It is one of those "my cousin's friends' sister" things. Like JD I have not seen any documentation of an individuals order being seized.

I have never heard of a small order from Ruyan getting seized either... all my orders from them have gone through no problem... Two of them never even showed customs in tracking and got here fast.

Dekang is a major supplier. I could be wrong but I think it requires quiet a large order to even start with them.
You would have to contact them via email. I am in the process of talking with them.

This is what Wayne wrote in response (I am a little worried, but I guess he knows what he is doing)

Please note:
1. We will stop supply the medium(14mg/ml) e-juice and carry only the 36mg/ml, 18mg/ml, 11mg/ml and 0mg/ml e-juice. We already had no 14mg/ml marlboro e-juice in stock. So I exchanged the medium e-juices to the high e-juices in the quotation. Do you think it's ok?
2. We will just put everything in one box. EMS express allows only 1 box for each shipment.​

I just got an e-mail from Wayne about my 3 shipments. 1 10 lb and 1 30 lb box arrived, however, 1 30 lb box has been in customs for 6 days. Tracking still reads: inbound into customs. I emailed Wayne, and he wrote that he thinks it probably got seized, but to wait until I hear something. He also told me that he has had NO shipments seized to date, and that mine would be the first. I'm not too crazy about the 401 batteries, as I was opening the box, the noise of the plastic wrap was causing little blue lights to light up all over the box. I think using description as "lung guard aparatus" is a pretty good give away to customs. Perhaps aromatic oils and aromatic atomizer would be better.

in my opinion, it should be listed as gifts,vitamins,oils, lotion, free sample,or something along those lines.......hint hint

and use a supplier that hands it to the USPS when it hits USA
