I've been lurking around here since I started vaping. Got my first ego bat and never touched another analog. Now I'm on a zombie provari and preordered my first box mod. Loving my patriot rda, in the market for an American made RTA right now. Reasons for posting are some questions about the sony vtc4's. Been reading about chargers and batteries getting warm and was wondering if it's normal. Never had a problem with the aw imr's but have been reading the horror stories and would rather NOT burn my house down. What kind of charger should be used for these batteries?

Hello Former Lurker! Welcome from the shadows! I can't answer your particular question other than to say that all of my portable equipment (phones, laptops, etc) get warm while charging, but as an Innokin/Twist user I haven't really checked my batts to see if they did too. Just wanted to welcome a fellow lurker an congratulate you on quitting tobacco in favor of vaping. :toast:

Battery Chargers. Get the best charger that you can reasonably afford. Statistically most battery incidents occur during the charging phase on a charger. Pila, Xtar, and Nitecore Intellicharger are the highest recommended brands.
