Iv'e just purchased a Lush rda by Wotofo and while a love the look and stuff I just cant seem to get a cool to warm vape, its always way too hot and I think its down to the new air flow system they have used with the angled air holes.

The build I have in the lush is identical to the build I use in my twisted messes rda - A dual clapton coil build at 0.4 ohms.

Also using the same mod the sigelei 100w, my twisted messes rda I can run the dual clapton build at 100w and the vape is warm, not too hot but just right! With the lush RDA 100w is a no go for me, 50w its the highest I can vape it without it becoming just too hot for me to vape!

The airflow is big on the twisted messes RDA I know but the Lush also has pretty big airflow but I just cant seem to get a cool to warm vape :(

Has anyone else got a lush RDA? is there a specific build you need to do on the lush due to the slanted air flow holes?

Thanks guys

Try lowering your coils a little to get them further away from the drip tip. Make sure that they are still in front of the airflow hole pattern but maybe align it with the bottom row of air holes.

Try that out and let me know how it goes.

If moving your coils around a little didn't change the temperature of the vape then all you can do is build to a higher resistance.

All atomizers are different and require different builds to get that optimal vape. For example, I usually stay around 0.15-0.25 on an aeolus but on my snapdragon, I'm always above 0.5 ohms. The heat is about the same for both. The snapdragon has a much smaller chamber and less airflow so its naturally a warmer vape.

Sounds like the lush is just naturally warmer than the twisted messes RDA.
