RDA Lush RDA is snug!

I've been loving my Lush rda, it's nothing fancy but it delivers an all around satisfying vape for me.

Earlier this evening, I went to change my wick and decided to take the whole thing apart and give it a good cleaning. What a job that was! This thing is snug, a little too snug. I love that it's solid like that, but it was really hard to get everything apart. I was afraid I was going to damage something (myself included).

Any owners of this rda (or a similar extremely tight rda) have the same problem? What are your solutions? I greased mine up with pretty good with pure VG before putting it back together, but I don't know if that will be enough. Any chance that I might have a slightly defective Lush?

Id say that can be a good thing or bad. Some people like it some dont. Personally i like the barrel to be tight on the deck but the top to be loose enough to easily remove for dripping. On my rdas that have tight Tops/chuff caps. I put few drops of e liquid on o ring then use my finger to spread it all around. After that it comes on and off like butter.

If you can find out what size the O-rings are, or measure them yourself, you could get slightly smaller ones to loosen things up. Otherwise, and slayerr said, juice on the O-rings, and on the parts that touch the O-rings.

Keep 'em lubed with VG or just whatever Ejuice you are vaping and over time the Orings will wear some and become easier to disassemble.

Initial tight fit is good---when they loosen up a bit it will be perfect. If they start out "easy" then before you know it they will be way too loose.

Thanks guys. I suppose it will loosen up with time and wear. I definitely like it being tight, but it is a double edged sword with Lush.

One thing that always annoyed me with my Alliance was that every time I pulled it out of my pocket the top of the RDA was halfway off. I was always afraid it would fall off and roll away somewhere, haha. So it's nice that my Lush will stay intact and I don't have to worry about it, but it sure does make it a pain in the .... to get a deep clean in!
