No worries Sean, it was delivered on Saturday! Totally not your fault. And for everyone else, Sean and company are great! Great service, and as you can see, great response. It's a US Customs thing. It sat in New York for 4 days. On your side of the border they had it to NY in two days. It's our wonderful postal service. It's funny because my first order from you shipped in the same amount of time as my second. My first I just got regular postage and the second I got the 2 to 5. Both were only 7 days, so no worries at all. Totally worth the wait!

The M401M (manual battery) PCC has a slightly different charging slot to fit the button in. The M401M PCC may be able to charge a M401Auto (we're told by the factory it won't). We'll have to see when we get them in...

Well, we just received all of the PowerPal Kit Boxes, PowerPal e-cigs, Atomizers, and Carts... just need the actual PCC's... The PCC's are manufactured, they are just waiting to be assembled...
There was a shortage of the high capacity batteries used in the PCC's. Looks like we will be getting the first ones and the PCC's will be completed hopefully this weekend. They are shipping to us rush Express. I will confirm the date as soon as I have it.

kind of odd that the 402 case fits a fully-assembled one but the 403 case doesn't? if anything you'd expect the other way around.
i'd throw in with those who'd like to see a single case that fits all batt sizes, and at least one of them assembled. my Vogue pcc fits all batt sizes (403 is kinda countersunk and must be unscrewed w/fingertip at first) but won't fit even a 403 assembled. and only charges 2 401's and discharges if you leave a charged battery on the juice after charging ("dumb" pcc). so this will be a big leap forward.
what all these boxes need is an internal bettery that is shifted enough to one side such that the charged batt(s) are free to drop all the way to the bottom of the case instead of just the top half. you could fit a whole 401 then, or just about. for now i'm looking into some kind of clip to glue to the side of the case to clip an assembled one to, you get an extra batt with you that way too. but one way or another this constant screwing and unscrewing has to go and we're off to a good start, albeit an inconvenient one requiring multiple cases if you're like me and use diff lengths at diif times and aren't loyal to one length or another.
not nuts about the name and graphics on this (a lil Home Depot-ish, looks more like a battery charger than a ciggy-case because of it, next batch maybe try something like the "Ultra" logo in sexy cursive.. sex sells!), but i've seen worse.. WAY worse.. just my .02 and i was hesitant to add these sour grapes on such a momentous occasion but dealers do like feedback so please don't take it personally. a sexier look would be nice, and you could still put something like "PowerPal(tm) by electronic-cigz.com" or something like that on the side where you currently have your url.

my question too, and if not, will the 401 models at least hold an assembled 402 in the back slot?
Each model PowerPal is fitted specifically for that model e-cig. The only model that will hold a fully-assembled e-cig is the PowerPalM402 model.
