I have the 702PCC. I don't know what model the ecig is, but I know for sure that m702 is the PCC model number and not the ecig. I love it. It vapes really well and does what I expect it to. I decided between that and a 510 my buddy had. I get more vapor than he does with this thing. But, that might just be the way I vape on it. It is a rather small ecig (a plus to me, I wanted one that was realistic to an analog with an auto batt). It was pretty cheap too. I got it at Revolvercig.com. I don't know anything about the 402 to really comment on it. I tried a ton of these things and I remember my friends having me try a 401, but I'm not sure if any of the ones I tried was a 402...

Anything with a PCC is a huge plus in my opinion. Unless you don't plan on leaving the house with your ecig. I would see that as a pain not having something to carry it in with extra batts, carts, and a charger if you will be out for a while.

The difference between the two is minimal. Smoore makes both and they are based on the same components. The M40X series offers three different sizes of batteries and an atomizer with a female thread. The cartridge is interchangeable with the M702 series which is about the length of a M403 but has an atomizer with male threads. There may be a voltage difference or resistance difference since the claim of Revolvercig is that their branded M702 is more suited for heavier smokers and the M40X get's great reviews for delivering more flavor (indicative of a cooler temperature device).

They're virtually identical in size and construction. Both are outstanding products. You will not be disappointed in either as long as you purchase from a company with reputable customer service.
