M403 , Battery wont stay on?

Ok, My husband and I have been sharing a M403 kit that came with 2 attys 2 battiers and so on(he just ordered a Joye 510, waiting for it to get here)..But for some strange reson his battery wont stay on when he vaps. When he sucks in slow , he sometimes can get about a 2 sec drag and then the LED light goes out and nothing. We cleaned the atty and everything and still the same.. then sometimes when he takes a drag it dosent do crap at all...What might be going on and how do we fix this? If we can..Thanks all

I don't know anything about your type of P.V., but battery trouble is battery trouble! If your other battery works off the same charger then you got a bad battery. Send it back now! Do it before your warrenty runs out. Contact your supplier and tell them.
It happens, thankfully not often. So far I have only had one and they did an exchange.
Ask lots of questions, read as much as you can and post often.
