I have two Revolver Elite kits. Since the original purchase of the two kits (one for me and one for hubby), I have had to do the following:
each PCC has been returned and exchanged for a new one
2 batteries have been returned and exchanged for new ones
I have bought 2 new batteries because 2 of them just stopped taking charges
I have bought 2 new atomizers and I have bought two USB chargers to charge the batteries because I can not rely on the PCC's I have at all.
I have done the whole soft reset and hard reset of the PCC so many times I have lost count. I have only had these since November. It's really hard. I really, really want these things to work. Now my batteries only last about an hour at most and they take forever to charge (whether in the PCC or in the USB charger directly). I am about to give up on these.
I really like the size and I would really like the convenience, if they worked! I am looking for a few things from the experts :
Am I alone in my frustration with the Revolver? The service I have received from Revolver has been nothing less than fantastic! They always "ship me a new one" and then I send back the "bad one". I just am getting tired of that. I just want something that works! All the time! Are there other M702's out there that are more reliable? What is the BEST e cig that has a PCC and is not huge? I would really like a mini or super mini - and I realize I am giving up some battery life for that wish to come true. But if the PCC really worked like it should, I could live with that.
