I recently received an order from madvapes , some tasty juices and was tryng some new mega stainless carto's . One of the carto's was DOA . the other one , went belly up , within 10 minutes . I sent a message to customer service (yesterday) Today , they sent me several mails , including a shipping notice . They are sending some other carto's as replacements (at my request) No hassles , no run around , just outstanding service . Fellow vapors , this is whats known , as true customer service . Just had to relate , my experience , with them .
