made a bad choice

I bought a roughstack and some batterys and a charger. after charging the 1835 battery, put it in the roughstack put my 510 cart on, then nothing, tried a new cart and nothing also iwas going to charge a 16340 battery and it won't charge at all completly dead.
sent a ticket to madvaps
smoked 1/2 a pack of the other kind in disgust
roughstacks were so praised in the forum and wanted to get one. Bad mistake

I was able to quit analogs with my roughstacks and the powerful little 18350 batteries. Sounds like a conection issue?

Should have started off with a 510 starter kit or a Riva one instead of a mod, things go smoother if you start with something simple and learn how it works first. Try reading through the ECF Library's The Wonderful World of vaping, it'll explain the differences between the PV's and mod and give some real good advice on how to get started.

I started with a ego first, to get a feel of e-cigs, a year later I bought a mod. send a ticket to madvapes and they definitely will help you...

I don't have one but, I know someone that does and he really likes his roughstack. They are a well thought of mod and really it's no harder to use than an ego. It's not like it's a GG with a UFS. QC being what it is, some bad ones can slip by. Sorry you're having a problem. I've dealt with Madvapes a lot and they've always taken care of me. I'm sure you'll have the same experience.
