madvapes customer service is awesome, ordered a 18650 2400mah trustfire, got sent a ultrafire, sent a ticket they then sent out a trustfire which was doa, gave them a call and they sent out a new trustfire and credited my account with points to cover return of the ultrafire. Once again awesome service.
