Hi folks. I haven't posted on ECF in a while, but I'm still buying/vaping what I buy. I've been purchasing from mad vapes for a long time, since they have some of the best prices and shipping rates of any vendor, but recently I had a question about a product that I had purchased. The representative who responded did so very quickly, and even though I was assured that the product was as intended, my account was credited for the amount. I don't think that was really necessary, but I really appreciate that they took the step to do that and to get back to me in a prompt manner. Service like that confirms why I've been buying from them longer than any other vendor, and I thought I'd give them a shout out on here for being cool about the whole thing.
