Well, I had an issue in an order I received today. I ordered two vision spinners in stainless. These where listed on the site as such. I made the order and got a confirmation on stainless in my inbox. I got the order today.........chrome.....with a shipping ticket that said stainless. I called costumer service and was told " we no longer have stainless ". I asked if I could get a refund as I didn't want chrome, and was told about the "return policy". I am expected to pay to ship it back?. It appeared to me the rep could not of cared less. I don't think its right to expect me to pay for their mistake. I have spent hundreds of dollars on equipment and liquid. I will likely spend hundreds more, but not with a company I can't trust will get my order right and expect me to pay the price. This was my first experience with madvapes.......not impressed.
I decided to keep the "chrome" to save any more "throwing good money after bad", and count the loss. I will order stainless from somewhere else.The $60 I spent certainly won't break me, but it IS a principle with me. Thats just poor business, and I won't make that mistake again .
