I have recently ordered a few products from MV, and had it shipped to South Africa. MV made a mistake on the waybill and didnt declare the total cost of the packadge, customs layd hold of it and I had to pay a penaltie and some fees to get the parcel released. After alot of dicussion with Paul and Scott at MV they refunded me the fees and penalties.

I must say, with service of this nature, any one in the world can be sure that madvapes will keep their end of the deal and do what is right.

Glad you got great service. Ive had an issue with my order and still havent got a reply back from them. Sent two emails.

You must open a ticket.... seach their website, they will help you, I dont think the e mail will help.

I did use the ticket system. Did get a reply and my issue was solved. They must of been busy.

Great products and service. I will order from them again.

For me they sent confirmation package was shipped same day as i ordered early morning and in a feew short days it arrived was impressed.
This was my first order from them but they left a good impression and i will order again as funds allow.
