Madvapes MAKES ME MAD!!!!!!!

I think madvapes skipped the customer service part of the equation and moved right onto money hungry egotistical, irritating behavior.

I hope they see this, especially PAUL. I know that madvapes is a well respected company which made this e-mail even more disappointing. I am also upset because I ordered my dad's Ego from their website.

So I sent them an e-mail:

Unfortunately I had to toss 3 cartos out as soon as I took a vape. I did the usual, dripped until it was topped off, let it sit for a day and start vaping. There was this awful taste like cleaning solution and no crackle. The other 5 only lasted a day and I never had this happen with my Boge 2.0 ohm cartos. I make sure to keep them topped off on my REO and I had problems with this batch. A lot of people said they like smoketech cartos so I wonder if I just got a bad batch or what happened?"​

*I put my last carto on my REO a little while ago and it tasted really strong. I keep saying it tastes like cleaning supplies, I don't know how to describe it. It was plenty full and not overly saturated. Since this was my last one I knew I had to be extra careful. Unfortunately there was no crackle and I could only take 3 vapes before I knew I had to toss it. I'm so angry in my review because my cartos kept getting tossed...I learned my lesson (always keep a back up batch for the back up batch). Now I have no more cartos. That's why I'm extremely frustrated*

I can't edit this but I wanted to give an update. I was down to three cartos and they all had a chemical taste to them. I figured I would try and boil them and then flush them out with a turkey baster. Strange enough it worked. The chemical taste was gone. Still going back to my previous vendor...but because I have heard of other people encountering the same problem I wanted to let them know what I did in case someone is running low and gets desperate!
