madvapes not accepting payment

i've been trying to place an order for an omnitester and a few other tidbits.

i kept getting gateway error: declined messages. i quadruplechecked my details and made sure all my account details were correct etc, same issue.

emailed them and they told me i was probably putting in my details wrong and to call my bank.

the bank told me that my details couldn't possibly be wrong as the $1 test payment went through correctly about seven times, so it must have been on madvapes' end.

explained this to madvapes and they simply said in that case we can't accept your payment.

does anyone know what on earth is going on? has anyone had similar issues?

i'm in australia with Westpac.

idk.. but that sound like terrible customer service on mad vapes end... not a good look for them...

Where exactly Madvapes are located? what about their wholesale prices? are they good in business?

Somebody else was saying that they had a problem like that and come to find out it was the credit card co. they were not allowing anything related to e cig purchases.

They have been more than happy to take my money the few times they had something I needed. But do know, if you have tried the same CC more than once, getting an error, or whatever, one has to wait at least 15 minutes to try again or the CC company locks down the attempt. Happened once to me on another site.

mm, after the first few attempts my card was blocked case they thought there was something suss with so many attempted transactions, but even after unblocking and waiting a day and then waiting another day I still get the same errors. I did read about companies blocking ecig purchases but I figured it was more a US issue
