Prices: their prices are comparable, you can often find a better crazy sales price somewhere else, on one or two items, but if you are like me, its more important that they have a decent price on a wide range of items, which brings me to:
Selection: Best place for modders to buy. Hands down. Plus they carry all the basics for people that want to keep it simple.
Site: clean, easy to use site.
Shipping: Quick, cheap, and easily tracked. I am 3 for 3 in getting orders in under 4 days.
Customer service: Great! they have a support ticket system, its like private threads on a forum, I needed help with a purchase, and was promptly given a possible solution, and an RMA number, plus a followup email.
