I've used Madvapes many times over the years. I go to them whenever it's time to re-stock on "everything"
They usually have everything you could want, with the exception of genesis atomizers. But they're getting those in too. Their stock is usually tops. They sometimes run out of something, but it's back within a couple weeks.
I recently received a great mod from these guys that had a little "cosmetic" problem that bothered me a bit. It wasn't anything detrimental to the function of vaping from the device, but it bothered me. I submitted a support ticket immediately. This was on saturday. I realized they wouldn't be able to answer the ticket until monday (today) so I waited... Impatiently. I decided to give them a call this morning. A very sweet girl answered and asked for my order number. Couldn't find it. Asked for my zip code. I blanked, lol. I gave her my zip-code, but jumbled 2 of the numbers.
This wasn't a problem for her, she found my order via my e-mail address promptly. Without further questioning she pronounced she'd e-mail me a ship-slip to send the mod back free. This is pretty amazing considering I've heard other vendors make YOU pay return shipping.
You can't beat that. Madvapes is a huuuge vendor. They have like 8 brick and mortar shops and they win awards each year for having the best stock at a US based 1-stop vape shop. They obviously know what they are doing. My only complaint over the years has been about the organization of their website. Even that has been greatly improved upon in recent years, after they completely overhauled their website & made everything a lot easier to find. They obviously have a good web design/development team now. They support action to keep e-cigs legal and free in the United States. What more could you ask for?
They occassionally get a bad wrap for taking a day or two to get back to your support ticket. But they always get back to you. & they offer you a phone number to call for support. Most vendors don't list a phone number on their website at all. Do you have Provape's number? Hell no you don't. I think offering a phone number goes above and beyond, & I really appreciate the ability to call them. The whole experience was clean, fast, and easy. The girl wasn't judgmental, and she quickly got to the point of the call. I'll have the mod I ordered with no imperfections within a week.
This thread could of been a lot different. I think I would have been ready & willing to give a negative review. That would be an internal battle between my nice side and my vengeful side. But I didn't need to have that battle today. Madvapes didn't drop the ball at all. I mean, ordering online is a very impersonal experience. It's not like walking into a brick and mortar. So I'm happy to share that Madvapes has brick and mortar customer service; Invaluable in an online vendor.
They aren't flashy. They don't rename products & attempt to make you dependent of their shop. Their prices are normal. I'll definitely continue to support them into the year of 2014. If your reading this without a 1-stop vendor, give them a shot. Great vendor with everything the average vaper needs.
