for the last 2 weeks I have been feeling a bit under the weather with a chest cold. Today I went to the dr to get it checked. After the normal checks, he listened to my chest. For the first time in 30+ years I was told my chest sounds good with clear lungs!! I've been vaping for a little over a year and this is the first dr visit since then. I can't believe it. I smoked at least a pack a day since I was 15. At 46 my chest sounded like a wheezy gravel pit and a year later I was told it sounds good and clear, like a non smoker. All I can say is wow.

Somewhere on this forum are images of X-rays(or whatever) showing a mans lungs before and after 1 year of vaping. Basically, dark & cloudy before, almost crystal clear after) Stories like yours are great!

Isn't vaping wonderful? I never tire of reading stories like this because it just goes to show there truly are benefits to vaping. I helped a friend who has been struggling with COPD, start vaping and her doctors were just simply amazed. She rarely ever uses her inhalers and way back off the medicines. I was thrilled that her doctor wanted to know even more about vaping because of the improvements in her. Great news and continued good health.

AWESOME!

'Bout five years ago a chest x-ray 'exposed' the beginnings of emphysema. Seven months ago, after 2.5+ years vaping, my new x-ray report came back, "lungs normal for age"!

BTW, being 67 years young, I'm a lil' younger than when I started vaping 40 months ago. 'Bakky history in my sig line...
