I received my magma clone from Fluid Vapes and started a build on it this weekend. I contacted them through their website on Saturday but haven't heard back yet so I thought I'd throw this out to see if any experts here can help. The left post is secure, bit the right post spins when I try to tighten the screw cap on the wire. I've tried tightening the bottom screw; took out the bottom screw/repositioned post/put bottom screw back in; but it still turns. I'm not sure how clear my pic will be, but it {should} show the right post hole at a 90 degree angle, which is when I stopped turning the screw cap. Any suggestions on a fix? Thanks in advance!

Well I'm back. The email from them said to fill out a return on their website, which I did. This morning I received an email from them saying they don't offer returns or exchanges on atomizers. WHAT? I couldn't use it at all because it was defective upon receipt!

So now I'm stuck with it. Any ideas on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated!!!

Update: after a few contentious emails back and forth, they have agreed to let me return it. I must say their customer service skills are lacking and their attitude was not professional. Only when I asked for his/her full name so I could document their response in my attempt to resolve the issue when disputed the charge with my credit card, did I they say, "Go ahead ship the atomizer back to us for exchange."

This was my first and last order with them.
