The MAGMA kit has been completely retooled into a 2-piece design and now comes in both black and white. I'm not impressed. You guys get a point for improving the M-Pack, but lose 100 points for going back to cartomizers. The tanks were awesome; you guys should leave that as an option when ordering the kits, or at the very least not discontinue them.

I am sorry to hear you feel that way MadQuack, We took the feed back from the Magma kit users (both new and old vapers) and the majority of them said they would prefer the cartos over the Tankos in the kit. There are no plans at this time to stop selling the tankos for the Magma, they are just not going to be an option in the kits anymore. With the Magma kit being a kit designed more for first time vapers (new users), many of them found the tankomizers more tedious then they wanted for a entry level ecig. The prefilled cartomizers are much easier and less to figure out for a new user.

We appreciate your feedback and comments on the changes made to the Magma kits. And like I said above there are no plans to discontinue the Tankomizers at this time.

Aloha Joe. I just got my new M-Pack kit and I love it. I've been using Volcano, Magma and Inferno as well as Blu and many different types of mods. For ease of travelling, which I've been doing a lot of lately for work, I find the analog style best. Most TSA agents won't question them. I was quite surprised that my Vapage Vmod XL made it through (I had my Blu with me just in case).

Anyway, here's my issue. I ordered the white kit because the black one was out of stock. Since I wanted black, I ordered 3 black auto batteries. My package came with 1 auto and 2 manual. I contacted customer support and they said basically oh well. Am I seriously out of luck here? The manual batteries have a smaller hole on the bottom and because of this don't push into the new M-Pack. If they worked I wouldn't care, but they don't. Can you help me?

I am very sorry to hear that you got the wrong batteries and they are not fitting. The manuals should fit in the Mpack just fine. We have many customers that use the manuals in the new Mpack with no issue.

May I ask how you contacted CS? Was it via the phones or the ticket system? Do you remember the persons name you talked with?
